"Migration and change can be overwhelming, but they also offer a unique opportunity for growth. As an internationally trained psychologist, my research on the Colombian community in Quebec has shaped my commitment to intercultural mental health. I offer an integrative and sensitive space for adolescents and adults to navigate adaptation, stress, and relational challenges with confidence."
