Our Core Offerings

Pathways to Healing

At Oak Intercultural Psychology, we offer psychological and psychosocial services for individuals, children, families, and organizations.

Our work supports people navigating emotional challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, grief, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and migration-related experiences. Each service is delivered through an integrative and evidence-based framework, and adapted to the needs and context of every person we accompany.

Below you will find an overview of the services we provide in person or online.

Individual Therapy Sessions

Dedicated, one-on-one clinical care focused on personal growth, emotional healing, and individual well-being.

    Psychotherapy Session for Adults

A structured and practical model that explores the relationship between thoughts, emotions, and behaviours.

CBT helps clients identify unhelpful patterns and develop concrete strategies to manage anxiety, depression, stress, emotional regulation difficulties, self-esteem concerns, and life transitions.
  • Closeup of happy children writing together

Psychotherapy Session for Children and Minors

A warm and supportive environment where children can express emotions, develop coping skills, and strengthen confidence through play-based and therapeutic interventions.

We work with sensitivity to each child’s cultural and family context, helping them navigate emotional, social, or behavioral challenges in a safe and caring way.
  • 2 middle aged asian women stand aside from a crowd and look on

    Psychosocial Intervention

Support for individuals experiencing crisis, major life changes, emotional distress, or social difficulties.

Relationship Therapy Sessions

Therapeutic support centered entirely on the spaces, interactions, and bonds between people.

    Family Therapy

A safe space to help strengthen communication, improve relationships, and navigate challenges together.
