"With over 20 years of experience in public health and clinical settings, I approach therapy as a holistic and creative journey. I offer a space where your unique cultural background and personal story are fully honored. My practice is integrative, blending Humanistic Gestalt perspectives with evidence-based tools—including CBT, mindfulness, compassion, non-violent communication, and dance therapy. Whether you are navigating migration, life transitions, or the challenges of chronic illness and pain, my goal is to work alongside you to integrate all aspects of your well-being, ensuring you feel seen, heard, and supported."
