"I believe that even in our most difficult moments, we don’t have to walk the path alone. As a psychologist with a Ph.D. and a researcher, my mission is to bridge the latest scientific evidence with a deeply human and integrative approach. Whether you are navigating grief, anxiety, or the challenges of a new culture, I offer you a compassionate space to develop the tools you need to understand your past and transform your present."

About This Therapist

Ana Luisa Romero Pimentel is a licensed psychologist in Québec dedicated to helping adults navigate grief, anxiety, burnout, trauma, and depression with compassion and professionalism. Her therapeutic style combines scientific rigor with a warm and human approach, creating a space where clients feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported.

She holds a Ph.D. in Psychology from the National Autonomous University of Mexico and integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with a humanistic and intercultural perspective, recognizing that culture, identity, and life experiences deeply shape emotional well-being.

Alongside her clinical work, Ms. Romero is an active researcher, international speaker, and Canada Delegate for the Interamerican Society of Psychology. Her work bridges research and clinical practice, ensuring that her interventions are evidence-based while remaining deeply personal and culturally sensitive.

She offers psychotherapy in Spanish and English and believes that healing happens through connection, understanding, and the development of emotional tools that empower people to move forward with resilience and confidence.
