3. Appointments and Services

4. Emergency Situations

Our clinic does not provide emergency or crisis services.

5. Payments and Insurance

Clients are responsible for payment unless services are covered through:

  • CNESST
  • IVAC
  • MEDAVIE Blue Cross
  • SAAQ
  • Other approved programs

Coverage conditions depend on each insurer or program.

Receipts and required documentation may be provided according to professional and legal standards.

6. Cancellation Policy

Clients are asked to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or appointment changes.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to fees unless exceptional circumstances apply.

7. Confidentiality

Protecting confidentiality is a central part of our work.

Personal information is managed in accordance with:

  • Applicable privacy legislation
  • Professional ethical obligations

Limits to confidentiality may apply where required by law, including situations involving:
