About This Therapist

Juliana is a psychology intern supervised by Dr. Carmen Quintana. She holds a Master’s degree in Education and Counselling Psychology from McGill University and brings together clinical practice, research, and psychosocial project experience.

Her therapeutic approach is integrative and reflective, combining humanistic-existential perspectives with psychodynamic, CBT, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) strategies. Juliana supports clients navigating anxiety, depression, intercultural stress, relationship challenges, and important life transitions.

Known for her thoughtful and empathetic presence, she helps clients explore meaning, strengthen resilience, and reconnect with their personal values and emotional resources.
