About This Therapist

Johanna holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology. Her work focuses on trauma, grief, migration experiences, emotional difficulties, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. She also has experience supporting individuals affected by violence and chronic illnesses, including HIV/AIDS.

Johanna’s approach is empathetic, structured, and culturally sensitive, integrating humanistic, cognitive-behavioral, and systemic perspectives.
