Planning Your Care

Coverage and Insurance

At Oak Intercultural Psychology, we believe mental health care should be accessible and adapted to the realities of each person. We collaborate with several insurance providers and public support programs to help reduce financial barriers and facilitate access to psychological and psychosocial services.

Our team has experience working with workplace injury claims, victims of crime, private insurance coverage, and programs supporting refugees and asylum seekers. We are committed to guiding clients through the process with sensitivity, clarity, and professionalism.

Private Insurance

Many private insurance plans cover psychological or psychosocial services. We provide the receipts and documentation required for reimbursement according to your insurance provider’s conditions.

CNESST

We support individuals experiencing work-related psychological injuries, stress, trauma, or adjustment difficulties covered by CNESST. Our approach focuses on emotional recovery, resilience, and a safe return to well-being.

IVAC

We provide psychological support for individuals affected by criminal acts and traumatic experiences covered through IVAC. Our team offers compassionate, trauma-informed care adapted to each person’s pace and needs.

MEDAVIE Blue Cross (Refugees & Asylum Seekers)

We offer culturally sensitive psychological and psychosocial services for refugees and asylum seekers covered through the Medavie Blue Cross program. Our team understands the emotional impact of migration, displacement, trauma, and adaptation, and provides support in a safe and welcoming environment.

SAAQ

We provide psychological services for individuals recovering from motor vehicle accidents covered by the SAAQ. Our team offers evidence-based care focused on recovery, emotional well-being, and functional rehabilitation.

Employee Assistance Programs (EAP)

We provide confidential, short-term psychological support through Employee Assistance Programs (EAP). Our services help individuals address personal, emotional, and work-related challenges while promoting mental health and overall well-being.
