About This Therapist

Laura offers psychosocial support to adults through a collaborative, reflective, and compassionate approach. She views intervention as a shared process where clients can safely explore emotions, relational dynamics, and life experiences while building greater emotional stability and self-understanding.

Her work focuses on migration-related experiences, emotional regulation, relationships, sexuality, LGBTQ+ diversity, trauma, anxiety, stress, depressive symptoms, and life transitions within a psychosocial framework.

Laura holds a Master’s degree in Psychology with a specialization in Clinical Psychology and is recognized for her warmth, attentive listening, and thoughtful guidance.
